Vacation Bible School

Another VBS has come and gone. Many thanks to those who participated either by attending, or volunteering your time, talent and treasure. As previously mentioned, this was a collaborative effort by two churches; Wayside UMC and Community Presbyterian Church, Vallejo. The kids had a marvelous time and learned some great lessons.

In the Mission Quest Cave, VBS students explore ways how serving and helping others shows God’s love.  “Faithful Forever” sculptures were sold in a silent auction. Proceeds went to Steffan Manor and Cooper schools.
Following VBS activities, a joint Sunday service held at Community Presbyterian Church. Next year’s VBS will be hosted by Wayside.
